Skin Tips for Winter

With our dry, frigid climate our skin needs all the help it can get! 

Here are some of our go to solutions for dry skin:

  • Get a humidifier for your bedroom.

  • Cover your face with a scarf when it’s windy and/or freezing.

  • Take an Omega 3 supplement. We have some in store.

  • Add a facial oil into your routine. We love Jojoba it’s packed with Vitamin E and omegas, it’s also antibacterial.

  • Self-massage/Gua Sha/Quartz roller. Increasing circulation will improve the appearance of your skin.

  • If you struggle with drinking water, make this a New Years resolution! It is one of the kindest things you can do for your body.

  • Wear an SPF every day - ALL YEAR ROUND.

  • Come in for a HydraFacial, a SuperFacial, or a Facial Massage and we can whip your skin into shape.

  • Mask! We have some real hero’s in our arsenal!
